With three young kids it is always fun to come across a good show that everyone enjoys. Miraculous Ladybug certainly is that. Sadly it has only gotten through half it's first run in English and is being "rescheduled." US Nick Page General Site There are also fan subs on YouTube as Korea, France, Brazil etc are all still airing new episodes.

On the Forgotten Realms map there is a work called Rawlinswood. As my last name is Rawlins, I figure it would be fun to write some adventures that could be set there. Of course in 5th edition they renamed it to Dunwood. Ah well. The best resource I have found is on realmshelp

Recently I have been trying to revise my own personal schedule to get more of what I want done. Probably has something to do with being busy, going to a Lean Leadership course etc.

A bit of DIY recently, my dad had a large box with foam inserts. Not sure what I will do with them yet, but now I have three sizable flat foam panels. They hang nice on some nails the previous homeowner had in the garage. I finished the shelves I was building with my son for DVD's so I will take pictures and post them later.

There was a great post I found on Dungeons and Dragons prep from GeekDad. The most useful thing about the article was the pointer to Trello a website that works like a whiteboard/index card layout.

I am a bit scatterbrained when it comes to software and tools. But Trello looks like it will be a solid addition to keeping track of things for the Blog, my current campaigns and other personal projects.

I love my cool refillable pen inks. This brand is a lot of fun to use.

I also ran across the website http://www.paperbackswap.com where you ship used books to others who want to read those books that don't fit on your shelves anymore.

Which reminds me to look up plans to build some new bookshelves.

So 12 days of 8-12 hours a day at work will mess up the schedule.

I really like the Sakura pigment set of pens. I would love to get a set like this. But at 100+ at Jet Pens it is unlikely to be something I get.

So here we are at week two of my recently weekly wanderings.

Dungeonesque: a cool indigo campaign using the new Open Gaming License for

Dungeons and Dragons. It would be awesome to have several copies for new players as it is always hard to have enough players handbooks.

Recent Wanderings 1

So I will be posting a series of recent wanderings articles all about recent geeky things. I plan to do this weekly.

And this is why I stop blogging

So I started blogging again and now I haven't posted in quite a while. For this reason, I have a good long post not done and I keep agonizing over it. So I think I have to compete it before the next post. Well I will get there, but it most likely be three posts and a video when I am done.

Additionally I was working on Holiday stuff for family, had a trip to the ER, and completed my entry for Santicore. Not in that order.

So here is what is next. Time to go over blog content. My expectations are to blog about geeky things, as I am a geek. This will include: DIY, RPG, Books, Kids, Shows etc. Lately there has been a lot of RPG, but that is due to a creative burst in that area and finally getting a gaming group going.

Generally I will try at least a post a week that summaries what I find elsewhere on the web that I find interesting. As well as focused posts on things I geek out about.
